You can log into the M3 System on the RMS Home page ( http://www.residentialms.com/ ).

Perform the following procedure to login to M3:

1. Enter your username in the Username: field.
2. Enter your password in the Password: field.
   • Note: Password is case sensitive.
3. Click Login button.
   • Contact your manager if you are unable to login.

Occasionally, you may encounter an error that requires you to login again using a login page like the one in the following illustration. The login procedure is the same.
